How much is shipping?
Orders over $50 ship free inside the United States. Under $50 shipping is a flat $6.95. Orders leave the warehouse in 1 to 2 business days and most arrive within 7 to 14 business days. We only ship within the US right now.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email support@petalseoul.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. You get a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. Nothing needs to be shipped back.
Can I return something I changed my mind on?
Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless it arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually clear in 5 to 10 business days.
