Shipping policy

All orders ship free, no minimum required.

 

Processing time: orders are processed and handed to our shipping partners within 1-2 business days.

 

Delivery time: most orders arrive within 7-14 business days after processing. Some items ship from our overseas partners, which can add up to 20 business days during peak periods or if a package is held for customs review.

 

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

 

We're not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues once a package leaves our warehouse, but if your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us at support@petalseoul.com and we'll help track it down.

 

We currently ship within the United States only.
