Shipping policy

All orders ship free, no minimum required.

 

Processing time: orders are processed and handed to our shipping partners within 1-2 business days.

 

Delivery time: most orders arrive within 7-14 business days. Items shipping from a local US warehouse typically arrive in 5-9 business days; items shipping internationally can take up to 20 business days during high-demand periods.

 

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

 

We're not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues once a package leaves our warehouse, but if your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us at support@petalseoul.com and we'll help track it down.
