Refund policy
We stand behind what we sell. If something isn't right, we'll fix it, no complicated return process required.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Email support@petalseoul.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. You won't need to ship anything back to us.
Opened or used products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept exchanges or refunds on skincare that's been opened or used, unless it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (see above).
Unopened items
Changed your mind? Unopened, unused items in original packaging are eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Email support@petalseoul.com to start the process.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and typically show up within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
